These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the official ISOCC website and related online services made available through www.isocc.org and any successor domain or platform designated by the ISOCC Secretariat (collectively, the “Website”). In these Terms, “ISOCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means the ISOCC Secretariat acting on behalf of the current ISOCC Organizing Committee.
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by any additional guidelines, notices, policies, or instructions published on the Website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any revised version will be posted on the Website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Korea, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
