Paper Submission Guidelines

The paper should be a final camera-ready version, which includes author names, affiliations, and acknowledgements if any.

Paper Specifications:

MANDATORY: Your paper must comply with the following specifications:

1. Use the templates to meet formatting requirements
2. Fonts: Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file. No Type 3 fonts allowed.
3. File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf)
4. Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.

Note: You should check the format compatibility of your paper at the IEEE PDF eXpress site before the submission. It is required to validate your paper according to the IEEE Xplore guideline in this site in order to be qualified for on-line publication.

Additional Requirements:

If your paper is accepted for publication at this conference, you will also need to adhere to the following

1. IEEE policy requires that you send us a signed Copyright Form for each paper. Without this form, we can NOT publish your article.
2. REMINDER: At least one author per paper must be registered AND attend the conference to present the paper.
3. Any accepted paper will be excluded from distribution after the conference (including, removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.

Paper Submission Guideline
A complete two-page manuscript in a double column format according to the Template must be submitted.
(More than two-page manuscript will not be accepted)

The paper should be a PDF file that is compliant with IEEE pdf requirement. (click here for guideline)

1. You MUST use IEEE PDF eXpress which is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).

Enter 33968x for the Conference ID. (This code is valid from June 1st till September 30th. 2014.)

2. All submissions MUST be IEEE Xplore® compliant and the only way to insure this is to use the link(IEEE PDF eXpress) to create a PDF of your submission. Once you have completed this step, only then can you move on to submit your paper.

3. Any characters for Asian fonts such as Batang or Gullim are not IEEE Xplore compatible.

The paper must be also accompanied with the IEEE copyright form(PDF, MS Word) with author signatures. To see a sample and guideline, click here (PDF).
