Full Paper Submission Guidelines
  • The paper length for a full paper is two to four pages in a double column format, A4 size (210mmX297mm).
  • The paper should be a PDF file that is compliant with IEEE pdf requirement.

    1. You can use IEEE PDF eXpress, which is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function). Enter isocc10xx for the Conference ID. This will be active from 30 July 2010.
    2. The paper must be accompanied with the proof of IEEE Xplore compatibility. The proof can be a confirming PDF attached in the reply mail from the IEEE PDF eXpress. If no confirming PDF is attached, you can copy and paste the reply email from the IEEE PDF eXpress.
    3. Any characters for Asian fonts such as Batang or Gullim are not IEEE Xplore compatible.

  • The paper must be also accompanied with the IEEE copyright form (PDF, MS Word) with author signatures. To see a sample and guideline, click here (PDF).
